In this FAQ section we just want to give information on the actual standard FAQ's that everyone needs to know!

♛ How many bundles do I need? 

We recommend 3-4 bundles for a full sewin.

♛ How many ounces are in each bundle? 

There are 3.5oz of hair in each bundle.

♛ How is the length measured? 

All hair is measured while being pulled taught (straight) from the weft.

♛ How long does shipping take? 

We use the USPS (United States Postal Service) for the standard 3-5 day shipping or priority mail and UPS for overnight shipping. UPS shipping rates will be higher than the USPS. Overnight orders must be placed before 10:00 am PST and we do not ship overnight orders on Saturday or Sunday. NO ITEMS WILL BE SHIPPED TO UNCONFIRMED ADDRESSES. NO ADDRESS CHANGES WILL BE MADE AFTER YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED. Please double check your information, orders with mistakes will be refunded.

♛ When will my hair be shipped? 

Processing time for all orders can be approximately 7-21 business days, not including shipping time. Please note that your order may be shipped as early as 7 business days. During sale times please note that the processing and handling time can be extended.

♛ What payments does Rich Tresses accept? 

We accept Paypal and all major credit and debit cards.

♛ What is Rich Tresses's return policy? 

Hair may be exchanged within 5 days upon receiving your package as long as the zip ties have not been removed, the wefts have not been unrolled and it has not been handled (washed/conditioned), brushed, dyed, cut, colored or installed. Hair must be in its original packaging, in its original state and ready for resale. Due to the nature of the products we offer NO PRODUCTS WILL BE REFUNDED, only replacement bundles or store credit will be offered. This is non-negotiable, ALL SALES ARE DEEMED FINAL. Please note that if an exchange/store credit is offered in place of your defective item, wait times for the new item will vary based on shipment times and volume of orders at the time of sale.
